First of all I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question
that I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was interested to know how you center
yourself and clear your head prior to writing.
I’ve had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there.
I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted simply just
trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips?
Kudos!

Thanks for the Kudos! Honestly, I usually focus most on the person I’m writing to and how I can help them best. I think about it a little, jot main points and then jump into writing — ignoring that inner critic. Just get it all down, and polish it later. But everyone has their own methods that work for them, thats just what helps me. Focus more on helping people, and less on perfection. Keeps the mind in a very healthy place. 🙂
